1. Who we are
Redacted Armory (redactedarmory.com and its daily email newsletter) is operated by Cody Duffer. By using the site or newsletter you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
2. Informational only, we sell nothing
- Redacted Armory is an informational deal-curation service. We do not sell, ship, transfer or handle firearms, ammunition, parts or accessories, and we don't take orders or payments.
- Every purchase is made directly with an independent third-party retailer under that retailer's own terms, policies and legal requirements. We are not a party to that transaction.
- Nothing on this site is legal, safety or professional advice.
3. Prices and availability
Deals are gathered automatically from public community sources and change quickly. Prices, stock, coupon codes, shipping costs, categories and per-round figures may be wrong, out of date or already expired. Always confirm the final price and terms on the retailer's site before you buy.
4. Affiliate links
Some links may be affiliate links: we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. See our affiliate disclosure for details.
5. Your legal responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state and local laws that apply to buying, owning, transporting and using firearms, ammunition, NFA items, magazines and accessories where you live.
- You must be 21+ to buy handguns and handgun ammo from a licensed dealer and 18+ for rifles, shotguns and their ammo (federal law); state and local laws may be stricter. Firearms ship only to a licensed FFL dealer.
- Some items may be restricted or prohibited in your state or city. A deal appearing here doesn't mean the item is legal for you to buy or own.
- You must be at least 18 to use this site.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no scraping that degrades service, no attempts to break security or rate limits, no submitting other people's email addresses, and no unlawful use. We may block access that abuses the service.
7. Third-party sites
Links take you to sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, products, privacy practices or conduct.
8. No warranty
The site and newsletter are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redacted Armory and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site, the newsletter, any listed deal or any third-party retailer or product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US $100.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
